The Huskers will have three former players at this Sunday’s Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis:
- Nathan Gerry (Philadelphia Eagles)
- Vincent Valentine (New England Patriots)
- Rex Burkhead (New England Patriots)
At least one former Nebraska player has appeared in every Super Bowl since 1993, a streak that has now reached 25 straight Super Bowls. Huskers have appeared in 40 of the 52 Super Bowls.
